Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has started shooting for 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 16'. Recently, Big B shared some pictures from the sets of the show on his blog.
In the pictures, Big B is seen greeting the audience on the set with folded hands. Sharing the experience of shooting on the first day, he wrote in his blog, 'First day of the 16th season of KBC .. and nervousness, fear and stress of changes and audience reaction, all this increased the heartbeat. Heart was beating fast .. the day is over, sleep is gone .. it's been a long time .. and now I am just thinking of sleeping early because the rhythm of time says so.'
Discussing his interaction with the contestants, Bachchan further wrote, 'Contestants – very smart and knowledgeable people and it is our job to make sure they have a good evening.' The megastar also spoke about returning home after shooting for the show and how he was stuck in Mumbai traffic due to the rains. He joked that he almost had to swim to reach home, and was relieved when he finally reached safely.
Let us tell you, the megastar did a mock shoot a few days ago. Two days ago (24 July) Big B shot the first episode of this season. The team has maintained the format of the show. No significant changes have been made in the campaign, concept, prize money.
This season, Amitabh Bachchan is shooting for KBC on a new set in Film City. The set where he was shooting for the last 6 years (Studio No. 7) has been booked by another production house this year. Due to this, the makers had to shift to a new set.
According to the initial planning, 100 episodes will be shot in this season. The first episode of this season will be telecast on August 12.
