Amitabh Bachchan has revealed that his first earning was just Rs 400. He said that he too had to struggle a lot in the initial days of his career. He used to live with 8 people in a small room.
In a recent episode of TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) 16, a Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) aspirant spoke to Big B about his struggling days. He said that when he came to Pune, he used to live in a room with 8 people.
On this Amitabh Bachchan said, 'There is no surprise in this. When we went out to find a job after finishing our college studies, we got a job in Kolkata at a salary of Rs 400 per month. There, 8 of us lived in one room.'
Big B is currently hosting KBC 16.

The actor further said, 'It was a lot of fun. We were 8 people, but there were only 2 beds. We had to sleep on the floor. However, we were happy with each other. There used to be fights among us about who will sleep here today, who will sleep on the bed, who will stay on the mattress.
Big B made his television debut in 2000
Amitabh Bachchan made his debut on the small screen with the show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' in 2000. He has hosted all the seasons of this game show except the 2007 season. The 2007 season was hosted by Shahrukh Khan.
In the film Kalki, Big B shared screen space with celebs like Prabhas, Deepika Padukone.
Talking about films, Big B was recently seen in the film Kalki. In the coming days, he will be seen in Ribhu Dasgupta's courtroom drama Section 84 and TJ Gnanavel's action drama Vettaiyaan.
