Some people praise Akshay Kumar for doing four films in a year. While many people advise him to be more selective in choosing films. After his back to back flop films, Akshay Kumar's critics advised him to be more selective in choosing films.

In an interview to Galata, Akshay Kumar said- Many people have a problem as to why I am doing 4 films in a year. I don't understand why people are bothered by this. If I do one film in two years, what is the guarantee that it will be successful?

About 200 Hindi films are made in a year. A lot of films are made in South as well. There are only about 8-12 actors in all these films, yet the question is asked who is the number one actor and who is not. Everyone has work.

Akshay Kumar said- Bachchan sahab had advised that I should not stop working as long as possible. I have learnt from him that one should always keep working. I have learnt that calculation and manipulation are wrong. Believe in your luck while working honestly.

Akshay Kumar has worked with Big B in films like 'Waqt: The Race Against Time', 'Khakee', 'Aankhen', 'Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo' and 'Ek Rishta: The Bond of Love'.

Akshay Kumar's film 'Sarfira' has been released in theatres. The actor had a lot of expectations from this film, but looking at the box office collection of the film, it seems that this film will not be able to bring success to Akshay. On Friday, the box office collection of this film was only Rs 2 crore 40 lakh.
