Ajay Devgan and Tabu's film 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' has been postponed 3 days before its release. This film was to be released in theatres on 5th July.
On Sunday, the makers shared a post and announced that this decision has been taken on the request of distributors and exhibitors. The makers have not yet announced the new release date of this film.
Tabu and Ajay have also appeared in films like 'Bhola' and 'De De Pyar De' and the 'Drishyam' franchise in the last few years.
New release date not announced
On Sunday, the makers shared a post informing about this decision. It read, 'On the request of film exhibitors and distributors, we have shifted the release date of our upcoming film 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha'. The new release date will be announced soon.'
'Kalki' is making huge money
If reports are to be believed, the makers have postponed this film seeing the success of 'Kalki 2898 AD'. This film has collected more than 600 crores globally in the last 5 days.
Most of the shows of the film are going housefull. In such a situation, this film is proving to be profitable for distributors and exhibitors as well.
It is believed that in the presence of 'Kalki', 'Auron Mein Kahaan Dum Tha' would not have got many screens so the makers have postponed its release.
'Kalki 2898 AD' has become the highest grossing film of this year.
Ajay-Tabu's chemistry was seen in the trailer
Ajay Devgan and Tabu were to be seen in the lead roles in 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha', directed by Neeraj Pandey. This is a romantic film whose chemistry between Ajay and Tabu was well-liked in the trailer.
Apart from Ajay and Tabu, Shantanu Maheshwari and Sai Manjrekar will also be seen in important roles in the film. If this film had been released on the 5th, it would have clashed with Karan Johar's film 'Kill'.
Mrunal will be seen in 'Son of Sardar 2'
