There are many companies which are compensating and also get royalty fees, but nowadays people get it written in the contract itself that they will pay only this much money, now it has become our property. We can use it wherever we want.
Now in such a situation you have only two options, either you do not do it or you surrender. But if you don't do it, someone else will. The third option is to fight, but there is no benefit in this.
