After Gautam Gambhir, Jayant Sinha also signaled not to contest the election leader









Leader Online Desk : Following former cricketer Gautam Gambhir, now Jayant Sinha has also written a letter to BJP National President JP Nadda and demanded to release him from the election responsibility.

In a post shared on social media, Jayant Sinha wrote, 'I have appealed to party president JP Nadda to release him from the responsibility of the election. Henceforth I aim to focus on climate change in India and the world. But I will continue to work on the financial and administrative issues of the party.

“I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve India and the people of Hazaribagh for the past 10 years. BJP leadership, Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah have given me many opportunities, for which I am thankful to them, he also mentioned in his post.

Jayant Sinha is Member of Parliament from Hazaribagh in Jharkhand. Jayant Sinha is the son of former Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha and he was the Minister of State for Finance between 2014 and 2016. BJP has said that it will give tickets to youth leaders in the upcoming general elections. In such a situation, many existing MPs have been instructed to work in the party organization.
