Popular singer Adnan Sami's mother Naureen Sami Khan has passed away today. Singer has given this information through a social media post. He has shared an emotional note with his mother's picture.

Adnan Sami wrote on his official Instagram account with his mother's picture, 'It is with extreme and infinite sadness that I announce that my mother Naureen Sami Khan has passed away today. We are in deep shock. She was an incredible woman who shared love and happiness with everyone she touched. We will miss him dearly. Pray for his soul. May Allah bless our mother with Jannat ul Firdaus. Amen.

Jackie Shroff has written emotionally on Adnan's post, I have also lost my mother, father and brother. I can understand your pain. Take care of yourself. Their spirits are always around us. Since the news came out, fans and close ones have been consoling Adnan.

Let us tell you that Adnan's mother Naureen was 77 years old. The cause of death of Naureen, born in 1947, has not been revealed yet.

After being a pilot in Pakistan Air Force, his father has been a senior bureaucrat, who had worked in 14 different countries after joining Pakistan Ambassador. Adnan Sami was born on 15 August 1971 in London, while he was brought up in the United Kingdom. After studying at Rugby School in the West Midlands of the UK, he received a law degree from King's College London and further studies in England.
