Director Prakash, who works in Jharkhand film industry, reached the police station in his car. There was a three year old girl in her hand. As soon as he got down, he told the policemen standing nearby that there was a dead body in the trunk of the car. When the car was opened, there was indeed a dead body in the trunk. That dead body was that of the famous actress of Nagpur industry, Riya Kumari, who was known in the industry by the name Isha Alia.
The clothes were in disarray, there was blood on the body and the condition of the body was disorganized, as if the body had been loaded into the car in a hurry. The police immediately took out the body and placed it on a stretcher and started investigation.
The director husband who brought the dead body along was crying and saying that the robbers had killed his wife. The 3 year old girl held in her hand was not able to understand anything.
As soon as the investigation started, the police had many questions. The question is that if the robbers opened fire then why did they leave the husband and the daughter? If the robbers just wanted to rob then why did they kill? The question is also whether any incident like robbery actually took place?

Riya Kumari was a famous actress of Jharkhand. She had worked in many Nagpuri music videos like Ego Gori, De De Maa Darshan, Phoolon Baharon Mein, Rupa Sajale Ge, Nasha Tor Pyar Kar and Maa Sheronwali, which gained her a lot of popularity. He also had his own YouTube channel, which had millions of subscribers.
While working in the industry, he met director Prakash Albela. He had worked in many music videos for Prakash. While spending time together, the two started liking each other, even though Prakash was already married.

When Prakash's relations with his first wife started deteriorating, he married Riya Kumari. After marriage they had a daughter. All three used to live in Hazaribagh area of Ranchi. Even after marriage, Riya Kumari continued working in films and music videos.
He got a film in December 2022. The producer of the film lived in Kolkata, on his request Isha left for Kolkata on the intervening night of 27-28 December to get the costume, but unfortunately she could not complete the journey and was murdered on the way.
First of all, the statement of husband Prakash Albela was taken for investigation. According to Prakash's statement, he had reached Bagnan on Ranchi-Howrah Highway at around 6 in the morning. He stopped at a deserted place to urinate, but as soon as he got down from the car, three armed robbers reached there.
Those robbers first snatched Prakash's purse and then started looting the car. Isha had also got down from the car during this time, while her 3 year old daughter was in Prakash's lap.

When Isha protested against the robbers, they opened fire on her. Seeing Isha falling, Prakash raised an alarm and the robbers got scared and ran away. There was a lot of bleeding. There was no one around to help, so Prakash took Isha Alia by car and went 8 kilometers away, where he asked for help from some local people he met. Local people took him to the nearest hospital. The police was also informed. Isha Alia was declared dead at Ulberia Hospital.

According to Prakash's statement, first of all the crime scene was investigated. Crying, Prakash took his 3-year-old daughter to the crime scene. He told the direction of arrival and escape of the killers. The police noticed that there was a factory near the crime scene, which had CCTV cameras installed.
When the camera was searched, the surprising thing was that as per Prakash's statement, there was no movement there. According to the time, no one had come there, nor was anyone seen running away from there.

When the forensic team examined the crime scene closely, no bullet frontal part was found there, which usually falls from the bullet after being fired. Also, there were no blood marks there, whereas as per Prakash's statement, Isha had fallen on the ground as soon as the bullet hit her.
The next link in the investigation was the car in which Prakash had brought Isha's body. The condition of the car was haphazard. The back seat was stained with blood. Isha was shot in the neck, due to which the pieces of her brain were stuck to the car seat. The forensic team also found the frontal part of the bullet inside the car. The evidence related to the incident and Prakash's statement were not matching, due to which the police suspected Prakash.
The report received from the team of doctors conducting the postmortem also proved Prakash's statement false. Prakash said that in the encounter the robbers shot Isha, but actually Isha was shot on her temple with a point blank ray, which pierced her brain and came out from the other temple.
This was not possible during the fight. This was possible only when firing was done in a controlled situation. Doctors claimed that Isha Alia was sleeping when she was shot.
The third reason for doubt was Prakash's claim that he got help 8 kilometers away from the crime scene, whereas there was a traffic police check post just 100 meters away from where the bullets were fired, where the police were present that morning.
Only a day had passed since Isha's death when her family filed a complaint against Prakash accusing him of murdering their daughter. In the complaint, the family said that Prakash used to often beat Isha.
This evidence was enough to arrest Prakash. When the police arrested Prakash, he kept saying, I did not kill my wife. After repeating the same statement several times, Prakash broke down before the strictness of the police. He accepted the charges.
According to Prakash's confession, he had already hatched a conspiracy to murder Isha Alia before leaving the house. A few days ago he came in contact with Mohit Kumar through Facebook.
Their friendship grew on social media and it was Mohit who provided weapons to Prakash for the sake of friendship. Prakash's brother Sandeep was also involved in this murder, who together created the story of the murder and planned to show it as a robbery. Within just 24 hours, Howrah Police had arrested all three criminals related to this case.

What was the reason for the murder?
Actually, even before marrying Isha Alia alias Riya Kumari, Prakash was married to another woman, with whom he had two children. Isha was not aware of this. When Isha came to know about this after a few months of marriage, there was a lot of uproar in the house. Both of them often quarreled on this matter and many times the matter even reached the point of fighting.
The quarrel escalated so much that the Panchayat was also sitting on this issue in Hazaribagh, Ranchi. According to the decision of the arbitrators, Prakash had to give equal rights to both the wives. Although Isha was against it. She often prevented Prakash from meeting his first wife, which became a bone of contention. On the other hand, Prakash had objections to Isha being a star and her open nature. He often prevented him from meeting people and partying.
Amidst all these controversies, Prakash Albela was stuck in a debt of Rs 30 lakh due to the loss of money invested in films. Prakash's debt was increasing, but his wife Isha was not helping him despite having lakhs. There were many insurances in Isha's name also. Then, to settle all the disputes at once, Prakash Albela conspired to murder Isha. First he collected weapons and then killed Isha on the pretext of taking her to Kolkata.

Within a few hours, the murder of actress Isha Alia was revealed, but on the other hand, there was controversy over her funeral. When Isha Alia's body was handed over to her family after postmortem, the family took her body to her native village Chauparan. However, the villagers did not allow his last rites to be performed in protest against his marrying someone from another caste. After many controversies, his body was brought to Hazaribagh, where he was given a final farewell.
