While talking to the film's director Shoojit Sircar, Abhishek Bachchan shared some personal things and stories. During this, he said, this is the first film which connects with my personal life because the story of this film is based on the relationship between father and daughter.

Got inspiration from Aaradhya- Abhishek

Abhishek said, I got inspiration for this film from my daughter. When Aaradhya was young, she was reading a children's book. A line from the book touched my heart. The character in the book described 'help' as the bravest word, because asking for help means that you are willing to keep moving forward and face difficulties. It means that you don't want to give up and you will do whatever it takes to move forward.

'Father's dream to dance at daughter's wedding'

Abhishek Bachchan said, the story of the film I Want to Talk is about the pair of father and daughter. In which the father has only 100 days to live and he wants to fulfill the promises made to his daughter. His daughter asks him will you dance in my wedding? On this Abhishek said, I think for any father, his daughter's wedding is the biggest moment of his life, a father's dream is to dance in his daughter's wedding.

Abhishek said, 'My daughter is still small but being a father, I feel the emotion that I will do whatever I have to do to be with my daughter.'

Aaradhya Bachchan turns 13
