Actor Abhay Verma has benefited a lot from the success of the film 'Munjya'. According to media reports, he has got an important role in Shahrukh Khan's next film King. Shahrukh's daughter Suhana Khan will also be seen in this film. Abhay will be seen in a very important role along with Shahrukh, Suhana and Abhishek Bachchan.
According to sources, Abhay has received a lot of appreciation for his performance in 'Munjya' after which he is being offered good roles. He is very excited to work in Shahrukh-Suhana's film 'King'.
Talking about 'Munjya', this film was released in June in which Abhay was in the lead role. The film was a surprise hit and it collected Rs 100 crore.
Shooting of 'King' will begin in November
Talking about the production of the film 'King', the script of the film has been locked. Also, the casting work has also been completed. The makers have also found shooting locations in India and abroad. The shooting of the film with the entire star cast is likely to start in November 2024.
Shahrukh will also produce this film under his banner Red Chillies Entertainment. According to media reports, Shahrukh has invested Rs 200 crore on this film which is in the pre-production stage. Suhana made her OTT debut with the film 'The Archies' released on Netflix last year. She was seen in the role of Veronica in the film.
Shahrukh will start shooting for 'Pathan-2' in December
Apart from this film, Shahrukh is also supervising his son Aryan Khan on his directorial debut web series 'Stardom'.
On the work front, Shah Rukh was last seen in 'Dunky', released in December 2023. He may start shooting for 'Pathan 2' by the end of this year.
