Along with this, Sanjay Singh alleged that till now the elected Chief Minister has to meet the second Chief Minister in the forest. The Tihar Jail administration has fixed a place for Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to meet CM Kejriwal. At the same place Chief Minister Mann meets Chief Minister Kejriwal. MP Sanjay Singh has also alleged that this is the dictatorship of the Center which does not allow one Chief Minister to meet the other Chief Minister face to face.
