A relief to Kejriwal, the third petition demanding his removal from the post of Chief Minister is rejected leader









Leader Online Desk : The Delhi High Court today (April 10) dismissed a plea seeking the removal of Arvind Kejriwal from the post of Delhi Chief Minister. Slamming the petitioner in this case as trying to drag the court into a political net, the former AAP MLA Sandeep Kumar was also fined Rs 50,000.

Sandeep Kumar had said in his petition that Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor policy scam. Even after this, he continues to be the Chief Minister of Delhi. This has created many constitutional complications for common citizens. Along with this, their right to life is also violated. .Kumar had requested Kejriwal to remove him from the post of Chief Minister of Delhi with or without retrospective effect. The petitioner's lawyer told the court today that he is not fit for the post of Chief Minister. The Chief Minister should perform certain duties,” the statement was submitted.

In today's hearing, a bench of Acting Chief Justice Manmohan and Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora made it clear that please do not make political speeches here! Go to the parlor or the street. Don't trap us in the political net,”
The petitioner's counsel started reciting the case law but the court was not impressed. We're going to charge you some big bucks now! This is the third time! We are imposing a fine of 50 thousand on you. The bench made it clear that political arguments will not be made inside the court.

Nyayalay is not a sequel like a James Bond movie. Earlier, single bench Justice Subramonium Prasad had dismissed the petition seeking the same demand. Still knowing that you were pursuing, the bench said that you should be penalized. The bench also mentioned in its judgment that monetary penalty is the only way to curb such petitions.
