It is every actor's dream to share the screen with Shah Rukh Khan. But there was a time when Raveena Tandon refused to work with King Khan. Shah Rukh was shocked to hear this. He said to Raveena- Are you crazy?
Recently, during an interview, Raveena Tandon told why she refused to work with Shahrukh? In an interview given to Filmfare, the actress said- I had to refuse to do a film with Shahrukh Khan because I did not like the costumes.
Without naming the film, Raveena Tandon said- I had almost signed a film with Shahrukh Khan. But when the costume was discussed, I found it very strange. I would not have felt comfortable wearing that kind of costume. So I apologized and refused to work in the film.
Raveena further said- Shahrukh found my decision very strange. He was surprised that how could I refuse to do the film because of the costume. He said- you are crazy, why are you refusing now? I said- I cannot wear that costume, I will feel strange.
This is not the first time that Raveena Tandon refused to work with Shahrukh Khan. She was also approached for Yash Chopra's film 'Darr'. But she felt uncomfortable in some scenes and refused to work in the film. However, Raveena Tandon has shared the screen with Shahrukh in the 1995 film 'Zamaana Deewana'.
