You must have seen cars flying and exploding in movies. How are these cars blasted? Are these cars real or fake? Who provides these cars to the producers? What is their rent? Which cars are in the highest demand in today's movies?

In the new episode of Reel to Real, we will know interesting facts related to cars in films. Apart from this, we will also reveal stories related to cars of films and stars. For this, we spoke to famous stunt director Ram Shetty, car dealer Praveen Singh Bindra (Monty) and car supplier Sajid.

Ram Shetty told that during the shooting of the film Qurbani, Feroz Khan had smashed the new Mercedes car brought from London. He wanted the shot to look perfect. Monty told that Sachin Tendulkar once had a Ferrari. He sold that car to an industrialist. Later the same car was seen in the film Ferrari Ki Sawaari.

The production team first contacts car dealers
If a producer wants to show cars in his films, he will first contact a car dealer. He will tell the car dealer about his requirement. The car dealer will present a list to the producer as per his demand. Once all the cars are finalized, the car dealer will take rent in advance on a daily basis.

After this, the car dealer will contact the vendors. Vendors are those who keep vehicles in bulk. The car dealer will then pay those vendors and take the vehicles on rent and hand them over to the production team. There are some car dealers who themselves have every type of vehicle. Such dealers do not need to contact vendors or anyone else.

Although in today's movies, the blast scenes of vehicles are mostly shown through VFX. However, there are some directors who have to give a real look to the action sequences. Keeping this in mind, crores of rupees are spent just on blowing up vehicles.
