Leader Online Desk: A BJP worker has been shot dead in Nadia, West Bengal. The slain activist has been identified as Hafeezul Shaikh and had recently joined the BJP. He was shot dead in his tea shop on Saturday (1st) evening.
Hafizul Shaikh was shot in the head. Sheikh's family has claimed that he was killed because he had recently joined the BJP. Police, however, have already registered cases against both the suspected accused and Hafeez. Although the main accused has been identified, he has not been arrested yet.
