New Delhi; Leading News Service: Will Prime Minister Narendra Modi remove the 50% reservation limit?, Congress once again asked on Friday (May 3). In the manifesto, the Congress has promised to remove the 50% reservation limit once it comes to power. Congress had surrounded Prime Minister Modi and BJP earlier on this. After that, he attacked Prime Minister Modi again today.

Congress Media General Secretary Jairam Ramesh posted a video on X and asked the Prime Minister about reservation. Questioning the Prime Minister, Ramesh said, “The Supreme Court has kept a 50 percent cap on reservation for the last 32 years. Will you remove that limit or not? Tell this to the country.”

Meanwhile, allegations are being made against the background of attack on reservation and constitution in the election campaign. Earlier, the Congress had appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to clarify his stand on removing the 50 percent limit on SC-ST and OBC reservation. While the Congress party is talking about amending the Constitution to increase the SC-ST reservation limit to 50 percent.
