ED opposes Sisodia's bail

Sisodia's bail application again in the trial court after several applications were rejected
Sisodia is currently in judicial custody. Earlier, both the ED and CBI cases in the Delhi liquor policy scam case have been rejected by the Sessions Court, the High Court and the Supreme Court. Sisodia's review petition was also dismissed by the Supreme Court. Last month, he filed a fresh bail application in the trial court. (Manish Sisodia bail plea)
Arrested by ED and CBI in this case
Sisodia was arrested by the CBI on 26 February 2023 in connection with the Delhi liquor policy malpractice case. After that ED also arrested him on March 9, 2023.
