Kapil Sharma had gone bankrupt: After producing two films, he was in depression, said – wife helped him to come out

Kapil Sharma has revealed in a recent interview that when he entered film production, he had gone bankrupt. Because of this he also became a victim of depression.

In the Feel It in Your Soul podcast, Kapil told how he decided to make films? When he had made two films, his bank balance had become absolutely zero.

He said, 'I was crazy. I had made two films. Actually, what happened was that I had a lot of money. I thought that money makes one a producer. But money alone does not make one a producer.

Kapil's bank balance had become zero.

Kapil further said, 'Producers have different thinking. There is separate training to become a producer. I wasted a lot of money and my bank balance became zero.

When he was in depression, his wife helped him.

Kapil told that he had gone into depression. Then his wife Ginni Chatrath pulled him out of this bad time.

Kapil made two films Firangi and Son of Manjeet Singh in 2017 and 2018. Both the films received mixed response from the audience and critics. Kapil went bankrupt after making these two films.

Kapil had reached Mumbai with Rs 1200

Kapil also told that he had come to Mumbai with only Rs 1200. One day they had nothing to eat. This day was full of difficulties.
