Tamannaah Bhatia was questioned by ED in Guwahati on Thursday in a money laundering case related to HPZ Token mobile app. The actress had received money for a celebrity appearance at an event related to the HPZ token app. Through this app, people have allegedly been duped in the name of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

She was called earlier also, but due to work she could not go, so now Tamanna reached the ED office in Guwahati, Assam on Thursday.
What is HPZ Token App
HPZ Token is a mobile app with a variety of games. It is alleged that through this app, people were defrauded of crores of rupees by promising them Rs 4,000 every day for investing Rs 57,000. To defraud, fake accounts were opened in different banks in the name of shell companies, into which money was transferred from investors. The accused invested that money in crypto and bitcoin and on many betting apps like Mahadev.
