3 films together could not earn 10 crore rupees: Tickets were available for 99 rupees on Cinema Lovers' Day, still the condition of the box office was bad

On this Friday, on the occasion of Cinema Lovers Day, 3 new movies were released at the box office. Despite the tickets being priced at just 99 rupees, the collections of the movies were poor.

The situation was such that the three films released on Friday, 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi', 'Saavi' and 'Chhota Bheem' together could not earn Rs 10 crore.

'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' made an opening collection of 6.85 crores
Rajkumar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' earned Rs 6 crore 85 lakh on the first day. The occupancy of this film on the first day was 56.15%.

It got the best response in Jaipur with 86% occupancy. Only 103 shows of the film were premiered here. On the other hand, despite having the highest number of 789 shows in Delhi NCR, the occupancy of the film was 61.50%.

'Saavi's' business was 2.05 crores
On the other hand, Divya Khosla Kumar's film 'Saavi' did a business of 2 crore 5 lakh rupees on the first day. The overall occupancy of the film was 42.17%. Apart from Divya, Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Rane are also seen in important roles in this film.

'Chhota Bheem' earned only 65 lakh rupees
Apart from this, 'Chhota Bheem and the Curse of Damyaan', which was released this Friday, earned only 65 lakh rupees on the first day. The overall occupancy of this film was 28.97%. In this way, these three films together earned 9 crore 55 lakh rupees on Friday.

Total collection of 'Bhaiya Ji' is close to 10 crores
On the other hand, Manoj Bajpayee starrer 'Bhaiya Ji' which was released at the box office last Friday, earned only 52 lakh rupees this Friday. Now the total earnings of this film have become 9 crore 55 lakh rupees.

'Srikanth' earned 42.79 crores in 3 weeks
Rajkumar Rao starrer 'Srikanth', which was released on May 10, did amazing business in its third week as well. On the 22nd day i.e. its fourth Friday, the film earned Rs 1 crore 40 lakh. Now its total collection has reached 42.79 crores.
